early release

 We had an early release day, so class was cut short by about 45 minutes I believe. We didn't really go over anything too complicated. He was asking the class a few questions to see if they were paying attention, or retained any information from yesterday. To be honest, today was pretty boring. I was just watching the time because I was happy that all my periods were short. I actually only had 2 class periods today, so that was great. I genuinely have nothing to say about the class period today. Ohhh, okay before I end it he gave us our scores for our essays and talked about the grade he'd give us depending on the number that our essay received. Y'all I got a 3/6. Let's be honest here though, that's not that bad for an intro and 1 body paragraph😂😂. Imagine if I did all of them though. Anyways, my two other friends got 6's and I was happy for them because duh how could I not be? I was trying to hype them up, but they was already hyped. They obviously did great. I just don't understand how they did an essay in 40 minutes while following all the steps *woman standing emoji*. Fortunately, the weekend is here and I think I'm about to start being more consistent in my life. Starting tomorrow, obviously :)

    Yeah honestly today was boring ,but it was quick. I am sure you will improve and reach your goal and pass the AP Exam !

my partner was STRUGGLING

Spring break should have been 2 weeks. Waking up at 8 is garbage. I don't even pay attention in my first or second period, but I always know what's going on. Third and fourth period are usually >>>>>>>. Anyways, today we had to upload our sources in a folder, and the first few times Mr. Rease was explaining it like absolute trash. He gave us 10 minutes to upload everything, and I had to call my partner to see if she knew what she was doing. She didn't. So we're on the phone just complaining about how nothing he said made sense, and just trying to figure it out ourselves thennnnnn he calls my name and basically asks me if I know what I'm doing.  Some advice I'd give to the next students coming in would simply be to practice. Seriously, if you've never practiced writing an essay in 40 minutes, it's best that you work on that and actually make time to do that. Also, work on your comprehension skills PLEASE. Because some of these passages they give are so confusing. You gotta make sure you remember all the suggestions that are given for writing an essay, cause to be honest, it's the best one I've came across so far. OHHHH and let's not forget commentary. COMMENTART COMMENTARY COMMENTARY. It's more important than I thought it was in the beginning of the year. The thesis is really the backbone of the essay too, so have it down pat before exam time. Lastly, I'd just say to take your time and don't stress. If you start practicing early, you'll be good. And before I really end this off, don't be boring in your blog.
